Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CBX Pet Care website, contact forms, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CBX Pet Care provides cross-border pet care coordination, transport, and veterinary referral services for pet owners in the San Diego / Tijuana region. Services are subject to availability and are described in your estimate prior to booking. No services are rendered until you accept an estimate and pay the booking deposit.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SMS Program Description: When you provide your phone number via our contact form or by calling/texting us, you may receive SMS text messages from CBX Pet Care regarding your inquiry, booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and service updates. These are transactional messages only — we do not send promotional or marketing SMS campaigns.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to each active booking or inquiry.
• Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (619) 914-2990.
• No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• Privacy: Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Booking and Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is collected only after you have reviewed and accepted your written estimate. The deposit is applied in full to your invoice upon completion of the appointment. Cancellations forfeit the deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability

CBX Pet Care acts as a coordination and transport service. We are not a licensed veterinary clinic. All veterinary procedures are performed by licensed veterinary professionals at partner facilities in Mexico. CBX Pet Care's liability is limited to the cost of services paid for coordination and transport.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
