CBX Pet Care is a coordination and transport service. The following are included in every appointment, at no additional charge beyond the procedure price:
There are no service fees, coordination fees, or administrative charges layered on top of the procedure price. The estimate you receive is total cost — transport, documentation, and procedure, all in.
CBX Pet Care accepts multiple payment forms. Zelle payments receive a 3% cash discount. The booking deposit is $50, non-refundable, and applied in full toward your final invoice. The remaining balance is settled on the day of the appointment.
We do not accept pet insurance assignments or file directly with insurance carriers, but many clients submit their CBX receipts for reimbursement and have had success depending on their policy terms.
Estimates can change only if the procedure changes. If the veterinarian examines your pet and determines additional work is needed — for example, discovering additional teeth that require extraction beyond what was estimated — you are called before any additional work is done. You approve changes before they happen.
Combining procedures on a single appointment is sometimes possible and can be cost-effective. A dental cleaning scheduled alongside a tumor removal, for example, means one transport, one anesthesia, one day. Our coordinators will advise on what combinations are practical given your pet’s health status.
